APPROACH
Creative Noize developed a dynamic campus takeover during Clark Atlanta University’s 2020 Homecoming week. We partnered with CAU, Netflix, and Dreamville to host The Path to Power Summit, featuring alumni-led discussions hosted by Van Lathan with speakers like Pinky Cole, Bomani Jones, and more. The event included an exclusive series screening, branded merchandise, a live performance by Dreamville artist JID, and food from Atlanta favorite Slutty Vegan, owned by CAU alum Pinky Cole.
IMPACT
The summit sparked deep student engagement with the series, creating an ongoing conversation on campus and encouraging episode viewership. Our partnerships with CAU’s faculty and media department also gave students hands-on experience with event production and content creation. The activation not only strengthened Creative Noize’s connections within the CAU community but also helped establish a relevant, lasting bond between Colin in Black and White and its audience.
